Oceanstone Resort

A limited number of hotel rooms, suites, and cottages will be available to book on our venue property, Oceanstone Resort. Please call 1 (866) 823-2160 to make your booking. Massage and spa appointments are also available for booking.

Peggy’s Cove is somewhat remote so please pack provisions accordingly.

Getting there

Halifax international airport

Halifax airport is the closest airport located 45 minutes east of Peggy’s Cove.

The CAT ferry

For those driving, there is the CAT ferry from Bar Harbour, Maine to Yarmouth, NS.

Peggy’s Cove is located an additional 3.5 hours east of Yarmouth.

Attire

We are requesting formal attire for the wedding and a color palette of earth and ocean tones (greens, blues, browns, etc). Suits and long dresses.

Children

This is a kid-free event so unfortunately we will not be allowing children at the wedding. Nursing babies or children too young to be away from their parents are welcome but this is primarily a child-free event. Feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions.

The wedding will be held at Oceanstone Resort in Peggy’s cove. The property will be entirely booked with wedding guests Friday–Saturday night so feel free to come by even if you are staying off-site.

  • Evan and I traveled to Nova Scotia on a vacation in 2022 and feel in love with the area, especially Peggy’s Cove. It’s such a beautiful, peaceful, and charming destination that would couldn’t think of a better place to gather all of our closest friends and family.

  • There is absolutely no pressure to attend our wedding, there will be no hard feelings! We can’t wait to celebrate with so many of our wonderful friends and family but we understand this is a destination wedding and not all will be able to attend.

    If you think you might not be able to make it, please let us know early as space is very limited.
